Water Goes Down Like Lead....

i'm pre op, but have a suggestion for those who find it difficult to drink water

(no, not the watch again!). i know some had said that adding a squeeze of

lemon, or a tinge of gatorade made the water go down better so i have a product

to recommend. it is called fruitwater, made by glaceau the makers of

smartwater, vitaminwater and soywater. it is lightly infused with fruit

flavors, contains no sugar or calories and is made with distilled water to which

trace electrolytes

are added. the flavor is very light, just like squeezing a little lemon into

the water, only much more delicious. i love the honeydew flavor and always have

about a dozen of them at home. i drink them like a snack they are so delicious.

and there are many other flavors, too. raspberry lime, peach ginseng,

watermelon, strawberry banana, and more. i know they aren't available

everywhere, but they do have a phone number 1. and are working on a

website

www.glaceau.com. to hell with the peppermint patty saying they make you feel

like a cool mountain breeze, when i drink honeydew fruitwater i really feel like

i'm consuming the essence of a crisp spring day by a babbling brook. call me

crazy, but i just love this water!! i plan to keep lots of it around post op.

i think it would be just the thing.
