Guest guest
I am a DS post-op patient looking into abdominoplasty for the removal of excess skin. I am just beginning to educate myself on this subject and have begun to look around for surgeons specializing in this procedure in the New York City area. One thing that concerns me is, I've been told that this surgery leaves " pooches or pockets on the hips from where the incision stops. This is often unsightly and is beginning to worry me more and more. It seems to me that there might be some who are simply better than others at solving or at least addressing this problem, not unlike one tailor who is better at taking a tuck than another! Any suggestions, information or guidelines you can help me with will be appreciated.
