Are you referring to the " grains of salt " post? I don't think

you know the definition of a personal attack. A personal attack

is (for example) " Sandy, you're ugly and your momma dresses you

funny. " That's a personal attack.

But a note expressing one's opinion based on experience is not.

I didn't address anyone in particular in that post; if you saw

yourself in it, that may be something for you to think about.

However, in my note I said I was sorry I put so much weight on

" word of mouth " notes on these lists when choosing my surgeon

and that people should watch out for doing that. I think that

is valid and reasonable and I have a right to express that.

I chose my surgeon long before your visit to Portland. Heck,

my surgery was Feb 2nd. Sometimes everything is not " all

about me " .
