Hello Everyone,

and I are back from our trip, and we had a wonderful time. I

have put up a couple of photos in my (Shell) file if you'd like to

see. Kauai was just so beautiful. We took a Helicopter ride over the

island which was the most breathtaking thing I think I have ever

done or seen. My girlfriend and I did the Zip & Dip which is zipping

though the canyons and valleys, from one mountain across to another.

Talk about a freeing feeling! Try walking off a cliff with a sheer

drop of thousands of feet!! It was way scary at first, then it was

addictive!! I am a zipper for life lol. I never could of done this

before the surgery as I would never of made the weight limit (280)

It was such a free feeling gliding across the valleys and mountains,

waterfalls below me trees all around me ,the beauty was amazing. I

will share photos of the day as we took a ton of us flying though

the air. I have to wait for my girlfriend to send me them as we used

her camera. We hiked and swam, snorkeled and just plain had a great

time. We went on a catamaran boat ride that was seven hours around

the coast and which I was sick as a dog!! Not such a fun day for

me Bad news was I found an amazing candy store Kauai Chocolates

which were like none other I have ever tried. I'm sad to say I ate

more then my share and put on about 5 pounds. I'm going to have to

get back to basics fast! It's a bit scary putting on weight which I

know was a direct result of my eating anything I wanted on this

trip.

I want to also welcome all the new members! I see there are allot of

you. We also lost some tom while I was gone.

I'm sure & Ramona took great care of the group while I was

gone, so I'd like to thank them to.

I will not be going back to read all the million posts I missed as

it would just take me to long. If I missed anything, anyone thinks I

need to know about I'm sure someone will email me

It's great to be home, I missed out two new kitties and believe it

or not I'm looking forward to going back to work. I love my job and

the people I work with, besides I have to get this candy out of my

house!! LOL I brought back allot of it for co-workers.
