I believe this absolutely. I have that gene, I suppose, for eczema,

because I (and my siblings) always had horrible rashes. In fact I

have fairly weak hands because until about ten years ago I was always

protecting my hands because of raw bleeding rash and worse. Well,

now in addition to my other supplements I take fatty acids and now

this last year, quite a lot of D. And my skin is better than it has

been in my whole life! I'm getting convinced to use the vit D for a

number of things.
