Whenever I make SCD legal mayonnaise, I hate to waste the extra that sticks to

the inside of my blender. When I make mayo, I also cook a package of broccoli,

cauliflower, or spinach. Then, after I put the mayo in jars, I don't rinse the

blender. I put the cooked veggies in the blender, add about 4 eggs, and blend

well. Put the blended mixture in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until

brown on top and cooked.

I batch of mayo and one yummy soufle with only one blender clean up to do. The

extra bit of mayo adds flavor.
