Guest guest Posted September 11, 2009 Report Share Posted September 11, 2009 Whenever I make SCD legal mayonnaise, I hate to waste the extra that sticks to the inside of my blender. When I make mayo, I also cook a package of broccoli, cauliflower, or spinach. Then, after I put the mayo in jars, I don't rinse the blender. I put the cooked veggies in the blender, add about 4 eggs, and blend well. Put the blended mixture in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until brown on top and cooked.
