Thanks for reposting this Marilyn..

My comment before came from what I am understanding from Dr Haas's point of view

and not Elaine's. Just to clarify.

I understand Elaine's position and I listen to it LOL.

The lindt bars aren't pure cocoa nibs or pure unadulterated cacoa, right? I

mean the Lindt bars are processed, right?
