This is just so that we know to whom we are addressing the response. There is a message that was posted recently where many were upset because there wasn't a name signed at the bottom. Many times we do get new people in our groups for what ever reason it may be have omitted signing their name. Accidents can happen where a message is posted and a person has forgotten to put their name at the bottom. Unfortunately there is no way one can edit the message once it has been posted only Shell, Francisco, or myself can remove messages. IF there is a problem with your message and you would like it to be removed so that you can correct it you will need to contact one of us. Please be gentle my friends, remember not everyone is prefect and sometimes we are not as articulate as we would like to be and everyone is prone to make a mistake once in a while. Also when a message is off the subject please note it in the subject. Also if the subject has changed please try to change the topic also in the subject area.Somedays there are hundreds of emails that go through my mailbox.
