Guest guest Posted September 10, 2009 Report Share Posted September 10, 2009 I made quite a lot of successful popsicles this summer. I used grape juice but cider should work as well. My general " recipe " was a handful of frozen berries or peach or mango, a banana, and enough of the juice to let the blender work. I have some of those popsicle molds and they work well. I think you could use any fruit that works for you. I've also made popsicles in the past just with juice and they freeze harder than those with the fruit in them; in other words, you'll have to nibble on the popsicle slower until it starts melting a little bit.
