I have Regence BC/BS of Oregon and am fighting their policy exclusion of ANYTHING to do with MO. Walter Lindstrom is working with me. ( or should I say I am working with him!) I am collecting things to send to Walter that has stuff to do with Regence. I found their Mission Statement and am sending him that. So if I can find a statement about their policies about MO I will send that to him. This will be our third appeal to them. Wish me luck.
