Guest guest Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 I am very low on GLA's (Gamma Linolinec Acid). Like pathetic. Interestingly, my Metametrix tests came back decent. I need to supplement with either evening primrose oil, borage oil or black current seed oil (I remember I looked into this for my husband!) Which is best on the diet for me? I am also very low in Linolinec acid (like what's in flax) but not sure I will use that.. Flax oil goes rancid so quickly (like under a month shelf life) I take fish oils now.
