Guest guest
I have not been able to find any information about the nutrients contained in edible or medicinal flowers. A supplement I am considering ordering contains an extract of hawthorn berries, leaves, and flowers. Would I need to worry about any polysaccharides contained in the flowers? The supplement is called Flavinox. It's part of Dr. Pall's protocol for healing " unexplained illnesses " such as fibromyalgia and multiple chemical sensitivities. Our back yard edible garden is tended by friends, as a project that has led to the development of a Toronto program called " Sharing Backyards " These friends have planted many foods, including nasturtiums. They keep offering to pick some flowers for us to add to salads, but I have a feeling that these flowers are not SCD legal. Thanks for any advice. Regards, Ellen in Toronto, Canada enginuity4@...>
