The reason I sent this is that these locations (usually the local teaching hospital) have someone that specializes in sarcoidosis--at least pulmonary sarcoidosis. In Los Angeles, I went to USC- LA--and Dr. Om Sharma was the head professor for pulmonary medicine and oversaw the clinical trial there.

I'd start by calling the local medical school--and see who heads pulmonary medicine. Do remember that pulmonologists are only going to address the lungs-- so you may want to ask about Neurologists, Rheumatologists, Immunologists that treat sarcoidosis. But start by finding the Pulmonologist--and ask his office to find the names of other specialists that can help with the systemic effects of sarc.
