Guest guest
Hi, Ann, and welcome to the group. Fortunately for me, the sarc monster hasn't reared its ugly head in those areas. I know that others on the list have experienced some or all of these problems. My email seems to run several days behind for some reason, so you may have already gotten responses, but I'll put my 2 cents in anyway! Where are you being treated for your sarc? Do the doctors seem up to date on recent research & treatment options? What drugs have you taken & what are you taking now? Do you like grits & chocolate? (Just wanted to see if you were paying attention!) If you feel like it, tell us a little about yourself. I'm 57, mother of 3 grown children & 8 grandkids. I've been on disability for 2+ years after working 20 years as a nurse-midwife. My household includes my 83 yr. old mom, 16 yr. old granddaughter, 2 dogs & 2 cats. I have just joined and was wondering if anyone also has diabetes insipidus, adrenal insufficiency, fybromyalgia and had a stroke. Since being diagnosed with sarcoid (systemic) in 1989 with two craniotomies and now all these other conditions I'm pretty much bedridden since my lasted hospitalization for an adrenal crisis. Sarcoid is taking over and I'm not sure where to turn?
