Im feeling fantastic...well sorta LOL. I feel great about finally

getting back in control. I just feel kinda crampy today. I also am so

stressed out at work. One of my co workers who I really like is

retiring next summer but physically she needs to retire now. She

missed three days last week and now she is out again today...which

makes me have to scramble around for a substitute teacher and like one

day last week...no one is available today!! Then if I express

frustration, she gets bent outta shape like Im mad at her for being

sick which isnt the case. I just get frustrated not being able to

cover her shift. I think if she is going to be out so much, then we

need to get some one who can be there on a more consistent basis.

But Im not gonna eat to soothe the stress!!! I will not run to food!!!

That's my girl. Crampy as in pre-menstrual? OK...you can get through this without eating extra!! Just be good to yourself, and you'll get through. And heck, you may find that you've lost even more weight post-period. On the other hand, if you gain a little weight right now, remember it's fake weight...and don't get discouraged.

That's no fun! My previous place of employment was so stressful that

I finally decided at the end of October last year, to " retire " and

stay home with my kids. I had a co-worker with the same type

situation. She is still there but really needs to retire NOW! If you

get too stressed, maybe take a quick walk around the block? if you

can. I know that always helped me.

You are doing wonderfully and before you know it you'll be back at

150 and then at your goal weight. You can do I. I just know it!
