Hello again!!

Here are a few responses from posts, it is easier to put in one letter

then several..I hope noone cares....

Alyssa~ CONGRATS!!!! Your pictures look WONDERFUL!!!! I find it really helps

me (who is post op) for what I can expect. I have NEVER been " normal " , I

have been overweight ALL of my life..since 3 1/2 or 4. Congrats to you!!!

t~ HaPpY dAnCe here for you on your loss!!! I cannot wait until I can

say the same!!!!!

Pat~ I was told the erason they say NO SODA is because of the carbination. I

HAVE been told by surgeon that you can have soda, but it HAS to be FLAT. One

of the ladies from another WLS group(I believe, almost postitive) says that

she shakes the can, and pours it over ice and she cannot taste the

difference (as far as it being flat). Being in the med field, I would have

to advise that you look for the caffiene free varieties, due to caffiene has

a tendency to pull calcium from our bones..one problem we have to keep in

check anyway, so I would go caffiene free diet. This has already been

approved for me post op.

Amy~ My prayers with her for a speedy recovery, although I do not know her,

she is in my prayers please let her know..thank you

Sherry~ THANK YOU!!!! your " things I didn't expect " has given me another

insight!! No it didn't scare me off, actually, (I am sorry) I had to laugh!!

(No laughing towards you!!) I had imagined myself having to " carry " my

stomach in my hands laughing at myself, although I am sure I would not be

laughing at the time. Actually, that is the way I tend to deal with

pain...OH NO some one help me, I will be too sore to laugh...UUUGGGHHH!!!

LOL!!!

My prayers are with everyone this Easter Season for good health and healing!

No matter how hard a bear tries,

he WILL NOT lose weight without exercise!!

Lots Of Love....
