Goat Cheese???

Is goat cheese allowed on this diet. If so......do I need hard or soft goat cheese.

No fresh feta or chevre, but sheep, goat or cow, (camel or mare) will work so

long as it is aged at least a couple of months. I like it aged at least 4

months, so I know it must be lactose-free by that age.
