Goat Cheese???

Is goat cheese allowed on this diet. If so......do I need hard or soft goat cheese.

All cheese must be aged over 30 days to get rid oflactose, so hard goat cheese is fine, chevre, (i.e. softgoat cheese), since it is not aged, is not acceptable. Is goat cheese allowed on this diet. If so......do I need hard or soft goat cheese. Thanks
