Guest guest
Cecilia, You are not alone. When I heard my Psych wasn't going to be until August 4th, I went on an eat also. I enjoyed a slice of cheescake, a sausage biscuit w/egg-Mc s (first one all year) it was tasty. Then I ate a hotdog on sunday. Not much extra for 1 week but the scale was up 5 whole pounds this morning. It just goes to show me that I can't waiver one bit with my eating. So I kept my chin up high at lunch today with the girls and watched them all eat cake for dessert. Reaffirming let me tell you. don't beat yourself up...Just get right back on track. Pretty soon we will be on the other side too. Jeanne -- In gastric-bypass-support-kaiser- patients , " cecilia " wrote: > I was on a roll for and had lost all but 3 lbs. Guest guest
Ceci... That happened to me a number of times...two steps forward, one step back. Two steps forward, one step back. Every item you mentioned is plump full of sodium, so here's the suggestion: Ninja water drinking. Don't weight yourself for three days. Follow the diet to the tea...and drink tons o water. Throw in an extra workout for good measure..and then check out your weight. You'll be back on track. Robynncecilia wrote: I was on a roll for and had lost all but 3 lbs. I am so close and acting so imature. On the right track today but depressed. Thanks for the ear.Cecilia
