Guest guest Posted April 23, 2006 Report Share Posted April 23, 2006 Sorry folks..I haven't been on for a while. For a while it was all I could do to just keep up with drs appts. Now that everything has been MRI'd or punctured...I had a week where I thought I was coming out of this flare up...so of course I overdid. The nerves in my outer knees are very abnormal according the Neurologist. He attempted to find any reason besides NS with a MRI or both knees. His nurse called me to tell me it showed no Sarcoid.I asked what it did show and she said he only told her to tell me it was not Sarc...but I will get a copy myself to see what else it showed. I know my knees and it could not have been normal! The lumbar puncture did not show MS or NS. I got the call Thursday from the Rheumatologist that the insurance has turned down remicade so we have to start the appeal process. I decided to live my life with gusto and get every ounce of fun out of it I can! I thought I'd done that after cancer years ago..but look out now! OF course that lasted until I woke up exhaused this morning! Hopefully there will be a tomorrow! Thanks for all the concern and prayers...
