Guest guest
Hi All: I have a book put out by the Dept. of Agriculture which lists many properties in foods. Chicken, for instance, is listed in this case..... roasted, per 100 gr. (3.57 ounces) has 166 cal./31.6 gr protein/ 3.4 gr fat. It also lists many vitamins and minerals for each food. This book is available from U.S Dept of Agriculture.... Washington, DC. The price in 1976 was 3.75!! So,........ ought to be less than 50 bucks!! hahaha I have also seen books at and Nobel that include these valuations.
