Guest guest
hI jILL- I find that eating fat has helped me lose more. It seems like the more I eat the more I lose. When I was on a plateau, told me to add more fat and I did and it helped. I hope this helps you. Ellen(Pam
Guest guest
The more fat you eat, the more you lose?? I had some french fries the other day, spent all night from 2-4am every 15 minutes on the toilet, lost a pound in the morning. The next day I ate no fat at all. Had a peaceful night, no BMs at all. Woke up and lost no pounds. Just wondering if this was a coincidence. What do y'all think? Well I am pre op, but have been reading Suzanne Somers book Eat, Cheat and Melt the fat away. She claims that fat is our friend, but not in the form of carbs, but meat, cream sauces etc. I know that doing the Atkins diet, they allow for as much fat as possible, but no carbs and you lose. I would think this is true though. JMHO kathy Dr. Elariny June
