Cooking with Coconut Flour/Bruce Fife

I've done it. Afterall, I'm certainly not going to use sugar! The recipes need

some adjusting because the sugar is dry and honey is wet so for example I went

to make his gingerbread cookies (I think that's what it was, this was a while

ago) but the batter was so runny that I ended up turning them into muffins

instead. They were quite delicious. :)
