I want to thank the person who said that protein powder mixed in jello would go bad. I just got off the phone with the company and they agreed. They said that once the protein powder liquifies in food it will decompose quickly. So, you can't mix it with jello.

When I was in the hospital they gave me jello which had added protein. I am going to try to find out what protein they used. I wonder if the liquid protein since it's already liquid would work in jello? Does anyone have the web site for a liquid protein so I could check it?

Rita-

Here's a link to ediets.com's high protein bouillon & jello. Haven't

tried it, but I've " surfed " all over looking for stuff that might be

useful postop. Maybe try these?
