if D should i start probiotics?

hi all - I have son on scd now (yeast found in stool and slight speech delay)

and he has liquid D once a day now -none pre-scd

should I start acid.. for him??? or s boullardi ??to try and firm him- or do we

not want to firm him up if it's all the " bad bugs " passing out of him???

sorry -so different when it's not yourself - LOL
