Totally off-topic; or maybe not entirely

This has nothing to do with IBDs or the SCD.Well, in a way maybe it does -- so I hope you'll indulge me for a moment. It does because being on the diet (and LDN) has improved my health so much that I've been able to get a great deal more work done since the beginning of the year than I had for many, many months previous to that. So I'm thrilled to let you all know that most of what I had been working on is a book (my second), and it's now finished and ready to go. And boy is that a relief! (Can you see me grinning?) It's about my and my husband's life with cats (10 of 'em in all), called Confessions of a Cataholic.
