Guest guest
Mara, You have to make the enema at home--I am not aware of any pharmacy that compounds it, but I never investigated that. I would think that the Vit E breaks down fairly quickly when exposed to air and light and better to make it right before using. I have never done this but I bought all the stuff to do it. I went into remission and never felt the need to do it, but I would certainly try it if I wasn't well. The Vit E capsules should be all natural d-alpha tocopherol acetate and not dl-alpha tocopherol which is synthetic. You will need 20 x 400 IU caps to make the 8000 IU dose that was in the study. I am happy to type out the directions if you would like, but unfortunately, cannot tonight. If you want the directions, let me know. I am having a tough personal week. Family issues from all sides. I do want to take this opportunity to let you know that I started my LDN last week and am up to 4.5 mg now. If it hadn't been for your strong endorsement Mara, I would have never looked into it. While it's too early to see anything major, I am noticing subtle changes. So I wanted to say thank you. Terry ..
