Hi all...Its me . Wel,I made it back home safe and secure. Im

feeling ok...feels like ive done 1000 stomach crunches and im sore but

ive been walking and eating my stage II foods. I hope i feel better

soon cuz I really want to start this off on the right foot!! Thanks to

everyone who said a prayer for me and thanks to LaurieAnn and for

visiting me. What a wonderful surprise! Well its off to bed for me...

i'm still a lil tired and sore but tomorrow will be a new day!!

PS...Isopure strawberries and creme!! Yummy.
