Guest guest
I'm going to be away for 4 nights 5 days for work. I did not tell them about my Ulcerative Colitis, or my diet, but I did let them know I need a room with a microwave and a fridge in it. I figure this way I can keep the food I bring cold. We will be going out to eat everyday, so i'm going to try to pick places that may have something I can eat such as red lobster or outback steak house... i'll just tell them no seasonings except salt and pepper. Any suggestions on food to bring with me so I won't go hungry? Any suggestions on where I can say I want to eat out that would have food I can eat on this diet? The diet has been amazing so far. I am on less than half the meds I was on before, and almost no more pain!! I've been on the diet about 6 months super strict.-UC - 1 yearSCD - 3.5 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 4 pills 3 times a day - hopefully scd will help me get off these! No more Hydrocortisone or Prednisone!Ready for Fall shows? Use Bing to find helpful ratings and reviews on digital tv's. Click here.
