Re: Protein Drinks (Pam)

I was but stopped because I kept getting gas. I do it

in cycles until I get gas. I know they say no but if

you look at the result that other people have and the

fact that the San Francisco and Fremont facilities say

yes to protein shakes...specifically knowing that the

San Francisco facility was the place were th surgeries

started and then was spun off from there, I don't see

why not. They say protein bars are fine. You have to

do what you feel works for you. I am not encouraging

you to disobey your surgeons or doctors just know

their are options that do work and don't hender you

weight loss.
