I just went through a UC flare and my GI prescribed Asacol for me. Since then I've had horrible acne and bumps all over my face, especially all over my forehead. It doesn't seem to be going away. I know the Asacol warning literature talks about acne being a possible side effect, however, I wanted to see if any of you have experienced this too. If so, did the acne end up going away after your body adjusted to the meds. I don't want to continue on the medication if I'm going to continue to have such horrible acne.
