Guest guest
have you told Dr. Hess all of this?? I think you need to get more liquids in. Some of your difficulties may be from slight dehydration. The nutritionist at Wood County told me I HAD to get in 1.5 liters a day to keep from getting dehydrated. I drank my 3 500 ml bottles of water like they were medicine. They tasted like the worst cough syrup ever to me early post op, but I made myself do it. I did feel better than you seem to (yet still only able to eat a few bites) at 4 weeks. But be sure to talk with Dr. Hess because he has seen so many so he has seen a wide range. Guest guest
> GUYS > IS THIS ALL NORMAL. I guess thats all I need to know from you all. I > feel like I am never gona be able to eat normal again with out so > much disconfort. Will be waiting to hear from you. Love Kay > kayleighton@... It's normal Kay, really it is. Early on, I felt a lot of " pressure " in the tummy area no matter how little I ate. And drinking was even worse. Water felt like rocks in my tummy. At 4 weeks, you're worrying way too soon! Just takes time...I promise. At 8 weeks, you'll look back and probably have forgotten what you were worrying about. Guest guest
Kay, I really got hit by semi truck, so I should know, and recovery from this surgery is worst.
