Guest guest
It should also be noted that Dr. Ren is unable to defend herself publicly while Deb has the freedom to say what she wants. Keep that in mind if you are going to judge what happened, you only have one side of the story. Unless you are on the investigating committee, you have no legal way to know who is and is not being investigated. I stand by my statements. __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Happy Friday people, One small thought on this whole Dr. Ren thing - it doesn't surprise me that she is unable to give a formal apology for anything. It could very well be that she IS sorry, and would apologize. But in the legal arena an apology can be seen as an admission of guilt, which then opens up a whole new can of worms. Even if she wanted to, more than likely she has been told both by the hospital and her/their lawyers that she may not say anything. It is quite unfortunate, both with what happened and reaction (or lack of reaction) that came from it. But, rules and policies and lawyers and " higher-ups " all are likely players and contribute to the mess. B

Nothing. I was not judging Dr Ren based on opinions.. I was going by the information I could obtain about the operation that Deb got, and the operation that she was TOLD she got. I STILL stand by my statements. Liane
