Actually, I use gallon ziplock bags, line the crackers up in a row in the

bottom, press all the air out, and roll the bag around them.

You could use a snap top container.

Some people are paranoid about using plastic bags or containers and

prefer to use glass.

I keep the crackers on a wire rack, WELL above the reach of Dachshund

Noses. Last year, before my surgery, I made 30 rolls of crackers, and

they were still good in January.
