yogurt making- another question

I've been making my own yogurt, but am still in a quandary about

the ideal temperatures.

If I don't use a dimmer, my yogurt maker goes to 110 degress, which I am told is

too high. However, if I do use the dimmer, the maximum temp. I can achieve is

95 degrees. Is this warm enough?
