Hi Katrine,

You can mix it and eat it that way or you can drip it. Simply put a paper

coffee filter in a container and put some yogurt in. Stick it in the fridge.

The longer you'll leave it sit, the more water will separate from it and the

thicker (and less bitter) the yogurt will be. This what we call " yogurt

cheese " .
