Hi Jac,

Magnesium citrate at one teaspoon twice a day will usually produce a bowel

movement in a child of 50lbs.

We use EFA's to prevent the constipation in , my younger son. Works

like a charm if he takes 4 caps every day of Efalex.

Hi,

my son was very bad with constipation but now he is going to the toilet every

two days but his bowel movements are very hard, he did tried today and couldn't

do it how do i help it and why is this happening or when does it happen???any

ideas please.
