Hi Jill , I thought you had the # for the automated line, its 241-2920. Also, since Dr. Ganger is away and you have a follow up with Dr. Herron, why don't you ask *him* about your situation via e-mail? daniel.herron@... . Also, it's good to ducument every time you've called, who you spoke to, what was said . I would suggest writing a letter to Ganger complaining about this situation, and it'll be good to include specifics. BTW , how's the pain today? Beth
