My insurance paid for the test, i had done before i even got the approval, getting the approval took me two months first they denied me, then they said it was up to the company i worked for, then i got the approval. The day i was in the hosptial they sent me a letter saying they had someone in the network at MCO. Hey i didn't care, time i got there letter i already was switched by doctor hess. And that is who i wanted. So i had to call the insurance and remind them they already approved Dr. Hess. It still makes me think why they would send that letter out knowing i was already in the hosptial that day. linda

If you're going to send something to Sandy, please double check the address as she said she typed the wrong zip code the first time. I'm reposting (with the correct zip code *grins*), just in case not everyone read the correction :)
