Guest guest
Over the past few days, I've had a headache and a sore throat when I woke up in the morning. Just today, my throat hurt worse than usual so I looked at it with a flashlight. There were white spots all over my tonsils, the top of my throat, all around, more than I've ever had! Does this mean I have strep? I never got what the white spots meant. Are they colonies of bacteria? I have to go to the doctor today, and I really don't want to have strep because then I have to go on antibiotics and that will mess everything up and OH MY GOODNESS I don't want to go on antibiotics. Anything I can do to help the headaches and throat? And what exactly is this? A virus? Die off? Food intolerance? Thanks for any input!
