HI

I still read the labels after 11 months on HNI and Off diet. We still avoid

MSG and Aspartame and I'm always on the look out for a dessert with out

Asparrtame that doesn't have sugar top of the list of ingrediants. usually

organic lines fit the first two but not the third.

This doesn't help at all does it?

Actually, after doing this label reading thing for awhile, I do read

labels initially and then once I get the brands down I just look for

those things. I still avoid artificial ingredients but since I don't

have to micro-manage every molecule, it is very nice to be able to

use some things that are " close enough. "

Just confirms that I am still not completely crazy! Mind you, here in the UK

there seems to be so little that doesn't have some sort of artificial

flavouring and organic foods are a fortune. Anyway, you have given me some

hope that I might be able to normalise to some degree as I go on!
