We still avoid MSG and Aspartame and I'm always on the look out for a dessert with out Asparrtame that doesn't have sugar top of the list of ingrediants. usually organic lines fit the first two but not the third. Actually, after doing this label reading thing for awhile, I do read labels initially and then once I get the brands down I just look for those things. I still avoid artificial ingredients but since I don't have to micro-manage every molecule, it is very nice to be able to use some things that are " close enough. " . Mind you, here in the UK there seems to be so little that doesn't have some sort of artificial flavouring and organic foods are a fortune.
