Guest guest
Hi Joe, Junket is a brand of rennet, a substance that is made from the stomachs of veal and is the part of their stomach that curdles milk and makes it digestible to them. It is used to make all kinds of cheeses. I can hardly believe this thread about Junket because I was daydreaming two days ago about how many pro and post-ops have problems processing dairy and the thought came to me about using rennet tablets!! Left over knowledge from my old hippie days! Of course we need to know the dosage!! LOL I had even thought that one could liquefy them in a little water as it says on the package and take a couple of teaspoons of it and it would be easier and cheaper than the capsule type aids.
