Guest guest
Okay, I know this is going to be a strange question *grins* I read (probably on Rabkin's page) that a plastic dissolving clip is used to connect the small intestine to the duodenum..I'm allergic to plastic against my skin..does that necessarily mean I'll be allergic to plastic inside me or will this be hypo-allergnic plastic...on the other hand *grins* I did used to chew plastic as a child (yes, I was weird) and I didn't seem to have any issues then other than my gums hurt..*LOL* Thanks, Anita Pre-pre-op in Denver P.S , thanks for the clarification and I'm sorry if I misconstrued yours or anyone else's post in defense of Dr Ren..I just want to make sure we all support each other and we see all sides of the story...I agree that no surgeon is perfect and I also agree that doesn't necessarily mean they need to barred from practicing, etc. Each side needs to be balanced (yin and yang as you said) and I'm glad for Dr Ren and her patients that so far it looks like the positive outweighs the negative, although I also feel for Deb that her outcome was not want she wanted and is the negative result.
