Count me in that group, . My next phase of reconstructive

surgery (some time between Thanksgiving and Christmachanukwanzaa)

will be the gynecomastia, to correct my pseudogynephasia. That'll

be the limit Mamma Kaiser is willing to cover as medically

necessary.
