, other than the PLMD (periodic limb movement disorder), which is controlled pretty well with a small dose of Klonopin at bedtime, no one's told me of any "violent" behavior when asleep. But I do have a lot of unexplained bruises, mostly on my arms & legs. I just figured I was banging into stuff & not remembering it, but maybe I'm having nighttime adventures! Years ago, I used to sleepwalk & sometimes I still talk in my sleep, so who knows.

I know all to well the jerks .. Yesterday i was combing .. well i should say trying to comb my hair .. and all of a sudden my arm and hand jerked and the come went flying. hit the mirror and broke. very weird. not the first time it happens.. it happens in bed all the time.. my son says he hears things banging all the time in the middle of the night ..like one night he heard BANG..And he came over and my remote was laying in the middle of the room. i was like it wasn't me lololol got to laugh at somethings sometimes or you would go crazy.
