People keep asking me if SCDiet is Grain Free Diet?

Dearest Ones,

I have been asked if the SCDiet is Grain Free Diet. I tell them yes,

because we do not use any grains at all on the SCDiet. They argue

with me that the SCDiet is the Grain Free Diet. I say no, the SCDiet

does not have any grains at all of any kind. They look at me like a

deer in the headlights.

What is the differance between the SCDiet

and Grain Free Diet?
