Sheryll, congrats and welcome to the other side. I

am glad that you finally made it home with your

family. That saying " you never know what you have

until its gone " is so true. So you say 21

pounds...thats SUPER. This is just the beginning my

dear. So many changes (good things), good changes. I

am so happy for you. Make sure you keep us updated on

your progress and know that we are here if you need

support. Remember sip sip sip, eat your protein and

chew chew chew and make sure you take your

vitamins/supplements and get some rest.
