Guest guest
Tomorrow is my day off and I have 4 large zucchinis. I want to cut them into " noodles " (both spaghetti and lasagna shapes) and dry them. I read somewhere on here that someone with a garden dries a lot of them at once. How do you store them after they're dried? Freezer? Or do you dry them so much they just need to be in plastic bags? Please forgive my ignorance, I've only made enough for 2 meals at a time so far and kept the extras in the fridge. All my kids (and my 12 yo nephew!) like the noodles sauteed with olive oil and garlic and they went great with the spaghetti sauce and meatballs tonight. I'm just afraid that when the zucchinis are gone, our noodles will be too! Thanks! Liz
