Guest guest Posted October 9, 2009 Report Share Posted October 9, 2009 I'm still trying to find ways to get my son to gain weight, and I'm realizing that no dairy also means a lot less calories. He's never tolerated cow's milk very well, but seems to do okay with small amounts of sheep or goat milk cheese. Is there anyone on here with UC that has found that they do better on goat milk yogurt, rather than cow milk? Are most people with UC dairy free? I know that everyone is different, but I'm wondering if there is any pattern at all. Trader Joe's has goat milk, but I'm still hesitating.
