Guest guest
Dear Marilyn, How is a sleep test done, perhaps it is available only in developed countries, my doctors never recommended me anything like this, I am very sure I have the sleep disorder or sleep apena, and have been using antidepressant (Amytryptiline) and sleeping pill (Clonazepam) together since 3 years. My doctor prescribed me these 2 meds saying that the normal sleeping pill alone does not help in my case and that is why a mixture of 2 is needed. One thing I strongly recommend to anyone dealing with high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol is to have a sleep test. Hidden sleep apnea can cause both of these things. And when the sleep apnea is properly treated, the blood pressure goes back down and often, the cholesterol normalizes, too. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
